WorldWinner Affiliate Program Issues

Someone on the forums had brought up an issue that I believe most WorldWinner online marketers have been facing for the past two months — nearly all leads sent to WorldWinner have been marked as “unqualified” with no monetary compensation being given at all. Here’s what “Scott” had to say:

Have you had any issues with Worldwinner “Correcting” or calling your leads “Unqualified”?. In the last two months, they have “unqualfiied” around 40% of the leads that I have produced for them. I am waiting on an explaination email from them. I don’t understand how that could be happening? Can you tell me what percentage, if any, of your 129 leads were claimed as “Unqualified”. It seems the qualification for a lead is pretty simple… they come to my site, sign up through my link, play 5 or 6 games, (whatever it is), and they become a lead. How do they become unqualified after that? I’m having a hard time believing that 40% of my leads are somehow “unqualified” now, unless someone is bogusly clicking on my “organic” sites, and signing up with bogus accounts, etc., which doesn’t make any sense to me, for someone to do that.

I’m not spamming anyone, I’m not doing anything fishy, so I don’t get it. I do rank high on a lot of organic terms, and they are highly targeted. Which means I do have High conversion rates etc. But how would that be causing “bogus leads” to be occurring.

Does anyone have ideas on why so many are being claimed as “unqualified lead” for me. Is this normal with WorldWinner or this industry?

Scott’s not alone here. I’ve been promoting Worldwinner quite a bit for some time now, and I’ve been experiencing the exact same issue for the past couple months. It seems that WorldWinner is only giving credit solely to deposits, and leads that directly convert to deposits. This is totally unfair since everyone knows it may take as much as 40-50 leads before getting a single player to make a deposit….and if they’re not willing to pay money out for leads, then why the heck are they offering the incentive to compensate for leads in the first place?

For a while now, I thought that it was just me who had been dealing with this issue. Perhaps most of my leads were coming from “unqualified” areas that were not eligible to play for cash. In fact, my problem right now is that 95% of my leads are being marked as unqualified — only those that have been directly leading to cash deposits have been granted credit.

It’s a little comfortable to know that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue, but we definitely need to do something about it as it’s unfair conduct on Commission Junction.  If we don’t get a response back from the affiliate manager running this program, perhaps we should look into communicating with CJ staff and see what can be done.

  2. Thanks for highlighting this issue. Perhaps we can work together by sending emails etc. to both Worldwinner and CJ, to get this solved.

I’ll be sending in emails requesting an explaination. And if I hear something, I’ll post it here.

I’m going to refrain from making any unfounded charges, until I hear from them. But this is very discouraging.

Let me know if you hear anything…

I’d like to hear from anyone that this is happening to as well, so if you are reading this, and this is happening to you as well, please post. Or if you have any ideas on why this is happening.

    Thanks again,
    Scott

  3. Beware: Worldwinner Does Not Pay Affiliates! and they will not answer their emails. And Commission Junction let’s them get away with it!

    Update:
Commission Junction has said that although this in unfortunate, they can not do anything about it.

So evidently, a Company, can advertise for affiliates on Commission Junction, get affiliates to promote you on a bogus commission scheme, and then turn around an not pay the affiliates. And Evidently continue to do it.

My faith in Commission Junction has gone now as well.

So now I will go pepper the internet with bad reviews on Worldwinner and hopefully this will not happen to someone else.

  4. I’ve experienced problems with payments with CJ as well.

  5. yep same here. i had over 90% leads canceled, so stopped promoting through cj. worldwinner had an offer running on another network that i switched to for awhile, and it was more reliable, but that’s gone now. i was in touch with somebody at worldwinner named jim through the cj mail system, and he promised to investigate the reversals, but never could help me.

one issue i believe is they require IE and more people than ever are using alternative browsers now.

also the five game requirement is bogus. the affiliate’s job is to drive quality traffic, and if somebody signs up for an account, that’s a conversion and the affiliate has done his or her job. keeping that customer engaged and playing is worldwinner’s job.

  6. Your site regarding nner Affiliate Program Issues | Cashgamers.net looks very interesting to me. I found it doing a search for make money affiliate program.

  7. Just an Update…
WorldWinner never did answer my emails. They are still reversing all my leads. I just finished dropping them from my sites (Almost dropping anyway) they are at the bottem of my rankings now. What sucks is all my leads are coming from organics, which I can’t just turn off. So they are getting free leads everday that aren’t being paid for.
I noticed this blog is number one for this issue in Google for “WorldWinner Affiliate”. A little satisfying that they aren’t getting completely away with it.

  8. I use CJ. I tried starting out with their in-house affiliate program, and I couldn’t get any sales. If your overall leads convert into cash players at a decent %, I suppose you could consider trying out their program..
